Lived-Experience Neurodivergent Consultant - Packages from *£299

£0.00

I am a Lived-Experience Neurodivergent Consultant with a rich background in the specialist education, mental health and social care sector since 2012.

Additional to being a qualified Social Worker, I bring a unique perspective to my work as an Autistic and ADHD individual, having been diagnosed at the age of 33. My passion for research, coupled with years of practical experience, has led me to establish myself as a Neurodivergent Consultant. I specialise in delivering workshops, 1:1 information only sessions and web/seminars to parents, carers, and professionals, supporting them in overcoming barriers within schools, healthcare, and communities.

My approach is firmly rooted in evidence-based, practical tools for success, emphasising a person-centered and holistic perspective. I have developed effective resources and programs tailored for schools, communities, social care, healthcare sectors, and families, aiming to support Autistic individuals and individuals with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Learning Difficulties.

Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse neurodivergent individuals, as well as, addressing co-occurring behavioural and mental health challenges in various settings. As the Founder and Clinical Director of Sensory Learning & Play C.I.C., I have also ventured into initiatives supporting neurodivergent children, young people, and their families.

My qualifications extend beyond Social Work to include teaching, training, and authorship. I am well-versed in leadership and management, bid writing, sleep specialist practices, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, creative therapies and the establishment of large strategic operations to local community projects and initiatives.

I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in reaching their full potential, irrespective of past experiences, backgrounds, and needs. My research interests encompass Education, Family Life, Early Intervention, Mental Health, Neurodivergence, Creative Therapies, and Inclusion.

I believe that my lived experience enriches my practice, providing a unique perspective on issues of inequality, inclusion, and access within health, social, and education settings. I am eager to explore how I can collaborate with your organisation to bring about positive change.

Please consider this an invitation to connect and discuss a tailored consulting package that aligns with your specific organisational or familial needs. I look forward to the opportunity of working together.

Please complete the referral form for information on tailored packages suitable for your needs. Prices from *£299, final quote for package will be given after form is submitted.
